Topic: Advent 2: Mary – Faith

Message Summary:
When the world is surprised at how we as Christians respond to adversity, it may mean that we are doing something right! Join with me on Sunday as we look at Mary’s surprising response to the news that she, an unmarried woman, will conceive a child and that the child will be the long-expected messiah predicted by the prophets of old. Mary didn’t respond with great anxiety or fear. Instead, she only posed a simple but logical question—How will this be. In other words, God, how will you do such a thing? I hope that Mary’s lack of fear, even when life was not making sense, will be an encouragement to you as you encounter the challenges that life in a fallen world often throw your way.
