SCRIPTURE LESSON: 2 Timothy 4:1-22
FROM TODAY’S MESSAGE: “AROUND TO IT.”
2 Timothy 4:1-22
- Today we are looking at the final recorded words of the Apostle Paul…
in Verse 9. Be diligent to come to me quickly;
Verse 21. Do your utmost to come before winter.
- Some things must be done “before winter” or they will not be done at all.
James 4:13-14 says, 13 Come now, you who say, “Today or tomorrow we will go to such and such a town and spend a year there, doing business and making money.” 14 Yet you do not even know what tomorrow will bring. What is your life? For you are a mist that appears for a little while and then vanishes. Our lives go by so quickly.
2 Timothy 4:6-8.
III. Some people have waited too long.
- We are guilty of letting unimportant things cause us to miss the important things.
- Winter is here. Were there things you should have done before it arrived?
Whatever it is, “Come before winter.” Do it now. Tomorrow may never come. Get A ROUND TUIT!
